The Eldridge Oaks Office Building is a Class A, LEED® Gold, 14-level office tower that includes 350,000 SF of office space. The cast-in-place, post-tension construction is clad in an innovative architectural precast and glass curtainwall system. Among the many environmentally friendly design systems, the best is an on-site education program to inform the visitors about the green building techniques employed. A seven-level, 430,000 SF parking garage with an outdoor space that provides access to Terry Hershey Park completes the project.
