Houston Center Repositioning is a full-scale renovation of the mixed-use complex at Houston Center. The repositioning includes the four Houston Center buildings and their connections. The office campus is reimagined to be the premier destination for Class A office space with access to amenities, retail, parking, transportation and public urban areas. Work includes new exterior cladding for the sky bridges, a new curtainwall system with insulated/laminated glass on the exterior walls, and interior renovation work, including painted glass panel clad over existing stone walls.
