This interior project was a partial floor build-out. Materials used were medium to high-end finishes, premium millwork, granite flooring and upper-end carpet. This project includes a large executive suite, which also has a private wet bar, bathroom and shower. The space also features a recording studio with soundproof walls and a conference center that incorporated premium wood paneling and cabinetry.
