The Plaza at Enclave Office Building is a 350,000 SF, LEED® Gold, Class A office building. The six-story building is a steel structure with an architectural precast concrete and glass curtainwall envelope. The building core interiors include a full-service café with a complete commercial restaurant kitchen. The majestic lobby is a two-story open interior space, clad entirely with exotic Italian marble, accented with premium architectural woodwork, and highlighted with architectural metals, glass, and fabric panels. Parking for building tenants is provided by the new 425,000 SF, six-level precast concrete parking garage. The building and parking garage are surrounded by lush landscaping and water features. The Asian-themed site features a bamboo forest and two focal point fountains that trickle water serenely over and through rough limestone slabs and baseball-sized black pebbles.
