The Sugar Land Inpatient Rehab Hospital is a two-story steel structure with brick, plaster, and curtainwall façades accented by multiple architectural aluminum canopy systems. The first floor is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and dining facility, full physical therapy suite, two procedure rooms, clean room and pharmacy, as well as a back of house administrative suite. The second floor consists of 41 private patient rooms equipped with hospital grade headwalls, two isolation rooms, and all supporting staff administrative spaces.
