This project started with the demolition of a 24-plex theater including 16-acres of paving that made way for two, six-story, 287,000 SF corporate office and two, four-level, 350,000 SF parking garages. The building is clad in precast and curtainwall. The parking garage accommodates 1,080 vehicles. The project including the demolition achieved LEED®Gold.
