The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings, a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A, and a six-story precast parking garage.
This project consists of 7,380 SF of complete interior demolition and build-back. The renovation incorporated new MEP systems such as fan coil units, new primary electrical power feeds and main switchgear, and a new fire protection system. The floor was not occupied prior to construction. Key architectural finish details included: floor-to-ceiling tempered glass walls with both sliding and swing doors, custom ornamental metals, back painted glass in the reception, and fabric wrapped panels.
