The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings (233,163 SF), a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A (5,043 SF), and a six-story precast parking garage (216,929 SF). The amenities provided include a dog park, a locker room with a sauna steam shower, a gym (including a yoga/barre room), restaurant space, bicycle maintenance and storage, rooftop patios with downtown views, and a kitchenette adjacent to the large conference to host corporate functions and events.

The exterior finishes of the building consist of precast panels with champagne color punched openings and an Accoya soffit that transitions from the exterior into the lobby of the building, which is a perfect accent piece to the two custom steel light fixtures resembling the slanted concrete columns at the building entrances. The courtyard has a mix of sandblasted concrete and paver finishes with wood decks that create vibrance and warmth in this oasis escape. Guests can enjoy an afternoon snack in the sun and a custom six-story mural, which endears itself to the authenticity of the east side of Austin, home to numerous pieces of graffiti art.

The interior finishes carry the Accoya soffit into the main wall of the lobby and provide a bench with planters behind it for accent and greenery. The polished concrete flooring in the lobby and amenity spaces creates an industrial feel while allowing the theme of the exterior to align with the Accoya style. The custom pivot steel doors with perforated metal mesh infill provide the perfect function to break up the kitchenette area from the lobby without closing it off. The finishes are the perfect mixture of light and dark, providing a hospitable feeling of comfort in an office building space.
