The Quinlan Crossing Retail Center is a 22-acre retail development project for Property Development Centers, a division of Safeway. The project consists of the construction of the site infrastructure for the entire project including six shell buildings, a Randall's grocery store and six undeveloped building pads for future tenants. The six shell buildings are primarily concrete tiltwall construction with masonry and stucco accents. This project includes all sitework, utilities, landscaping and construction of the shell buildings.
