Hayden is an industry leader in corporate interiors and is passionate about bringing clients and architects’ visions to life. For Hayden, the most rewarding aspect of his career has been the relationships he has built along the way. He has found that the most creative, hardworking, and interesting individuals work in the commercial construction industry and the bonds he forms with them are what he values most.

Hayden is also a co-founder and current president of the non-profit organization Building New Foundations, which focuses on helping the disadvantaged and at-risk youth of the community. He also volunteers for Hearts with Hope, Yellowstone Academy, Hope’s Path and House of Tiny Treasures. 

Outside of work Hayden is passionate about spending time with his wife and three daughters. He and his family enjoy outdoor adventures across the country, particularly scuba diving and hiking. At home, Hayden enjoys doing projects around the house and indulges in hobbies like playing his guitar, golfing, grilling and spending time with friends floating on the lake. 

What’s the best advice Hayden can give someone?

“Be thankful.  Expressions of gratitude increase the positivity of individuals’ attitudes and perspectives which enables them to face challenges with a can-do mindset. In addition, gratitude leads to humility which is a critical component to a valuable teammate.”
