Scott grew up in residential construction and has always loved building things with his hands. He originally joined the Harvey Cleary team as an intern while attending Texas A&M University and started full-time with the firm shortly following his graduation. Scott is a natural innovator and quality-driven team leader for large-scale projects. As such, he has managed some of the company’s most notable projects.

Scott believes that having a career that allows him to produce a tangible, often skyline-changing piece of work enhances his life and the communities we build in. This ultimate feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment has created a fervor in Scott to mentor our developing company leaders. By advancing their industry knowledge and leadership skills, Scott cultivates high-performance employees who cultivate successful projects and teams.

Taking this same fervor to his community, Scott is a board member for Rebuilding Together Houston and a member at St. Timothy Anglican Church in Spring, TX, where he, his wife and three young boys reside. Scott loves to take the family outdoors, snowmobiling, hunting, and flyfishing when they can’t be found on the baseball fields.
