Senior Superintendent

Senior superintendents oversee all site construction activities, the safety of personnel, and supervision of all field personnel. In addition, they manage, train, and mentor our junior staff both on the job site and in our monthly training classes. Senior superintendents develop their own client relationships and are key to building a successful working relationship with both our clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Four-year college degree in engineering or construction preferred, but not required
• Eight to ten years’ experience as a superintendent required
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour preferred, but not required
