Assistant Superintendent

The assistant superintendent helps the project superintendent to coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel, as required, to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include: leading, communicating effectively, planning and scheduling, safety enforcement, quality control and working to control costs.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in engineering or construction preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of commercial construction.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour preferred, but not required.
