The Allen Center repositioning project made the property a destination, offering a mix of features and amenities that sets the standard for mixed-use spaces in the central business district.
One Allen Center, the symbolic front door for the center, received the most dramatic renovation with a two-story, clear glass facade facing Dallas and Smith, creating a powerful and welcoming entry. Renovations to the main entrances at the vehicular drop offs of Two and Three Allen Center included replacing the glass, entry doors and existing canopies.
The Lobby of Two Allen Center included an alternative work area space where people in all three buildings can work, mingle and build a sense of community.
