Allen Center

We repositioned The Allen Center to become a prime destination offering diverse features and amenities, setting the standard for mixed-use spaces in Houston’s Central Business District. One Allen Center, which serves as the symbolic front door for the center, underwent a significant renovation, featuring a two-story transparent glass façade facing Dallas and Smith streets, creating an inviting and impressive entry.

Additionally, we revamped the main entrances at the vehicle drop-offs of Two and Three Allen Center with new glass, entry doors, and canopies. The lobby of Two Allen Center was updated to include an alternative work area space where people from all three buildings can work, socialize, and form a sense of community. Together, One and Two Allen Center welcomes locals and visitors to this bustling part of Houston’s downtown.
