Camden Conte is a 21 story luxury residential tower in downtown Houston located next door to the Toyota Center. This tower has 61 ground level units wrapping the centrally located garage. Conte is skinned with king size brick, cast stone and window wall systems. The amenity floor is located on level 9 with a covered outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool and sunning ledge. The 9th floor outdoor space also includes an enclosed glass fitness room that looks out onto the pool deck, surrounded by firepits, lounge, dog park, pool cabanas and other amenities. 9th floor indoor space consists of two lounges and a media center.
