A new 715,000 SF, 19-level Class-A podium office building, which features a one-level basement. The structure includes ten levels of cast-in-place parking, complete with a precast garage ramp. A distinctive architectural element of the building is the signature slanted front cast-in-place columns at the entrance, which add to its visual appeal.

The main lobby features a full-height Travertine stone wall alongside a full-height cast-in-place architectural wall, creating an inviting and luxurious space. The design continues with five levels of perforated and corrugated screen walls in the garage, complemented by unitized curtain walls, brick accents, and punched openings, all contributing to a modern aesthetic.

The building also includes a striking three-level glass Jewel Box, providing a unique architectural highlight, as well as two balconies that feature lockdown pedestal pavers and glass handrails. To facilitate vertical movement throughout the building, nine elevator cars were installed to ensure convenient access.
