The Dress for Success building is a 16,600 SF, two-story steel structure with structural slab, curtainwall, brick, plaster and ACM exterior. The interior has stained, sealed concrete, carpet and tile floors. The building includes an expanded warehouse and sorting center, computer center, resource center, childcare facility, a larger retail space and meeting spaces for the Professional Women’s Group. The building also has a 2,500 SF outdoor patio with pedestal pavers and a wood decking system with misting system.
