Empire West

Empire West is the second phase of an industrial business park in Brookshire, TX. It features six core and shell light industrial warehouses totaling 2,300,000 SF and roughly 3,000,000 SF (68 acres) of site paving. Each building’s slab-on-grade meets a minimum of 60/40 floor flatness/floor levelness. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes are design-build and provide future resources for the tenant’s interior buildouts. Each building is finished with curtainwall and storefront entries, metal canopies, masonry veneer, and accent paint colors.
