Grundfos Headquarters

The Grundfos Headquarters project consists of two buildings: a 50,000 SF office and administrative building and a 4,000 SF technical building. The office and administrative building include a showroom space and exhibition area. The project is a true design-build, with Harvey Cleary holding all the consultant contracts and the design-build for the MEPF systems. The ownership team described the project as the “Ferrari” of corporate headquarters because of the building’s unique and custom features. The unusual LEED components include 20% solar power for the building, twin underground rainwater collection tanks, twin chillers, a solar-powered boiler, AQ Pure water filtration system, exception envelope leakage reduction, and enhanced indoor air quality control.
