Lone Star Logistics

Lone Star Logistics is a Hines Development project that features four buildings for industrial distribution located near the medical center. The development includes a detention pond and offers front-load, rear-load and cross-dock options. The buildings range in square footage from 70,000 to 300,000 SF. Future tenant offices are available, and expansion to Phase II is also available, providing a flexible and expandable space for businesses.
