MAM – Hamill Education and Workforce Training Center

The project involves the phased construction of a new two-story, 40,000 SF tiltwall facility on a 101,000 SF site, including complete site development and a detention system. The initial two phases cover site work, core and shell construction, the first-level interior buildout, and restroom facilities on the second level. Designed with flexibility in mind, the facility offers educational and collaborative spaces suitable for a variety of functions. A key feature is a large classroom equipped with four operable partition wall systems to allow for multiple room configurations. Additional highlights of the project include terrazzo feature stairs, modern interior finishes, a lobby designed with demountable interview rooms, and a glass-enclosed reception desk.
