Market Square Tower is a 40–level, 745,000 SF, 463–unit luxury apartment tower in Downtown Houston. The cast-in-place structure features a burnished block facade with cast stone accents, Juliet balconies, and curtainwall systems. An existing ten level garage will be tied into the building. In addition to typical tenant amenities, Market Square offers an indoor basketball court, virtual golf simulator, screening room with lie-flat recliners, and large banquet rooms that connect to the second floor outdoor deck. The deck overlooks Market Square Park and is complete with palm trees, cabanas, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the pool, a luxury spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms are available. A wrap-around rooftop includes a cloud lounge, sky gym, sundeck and sky pool. A portion of the sky pool is encased in glass, including the bottom and cantilevers beyond the face of the building. The units are available in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations with standard 10’ ceilings, marble and granite kitchens and bathrooms, solid core doors, customized walk-in closets, over-sized picture windows and balconies and high-end finishes throughout. The tower also includes 2,200 SF of prime retail space on the street level with 18–22 foot high ceilings.
