McGuireWoods Houston is a one-floor build-out in the Texas Tower of Downtown Houston on level 24. This project consists of a half-floor of conference space with high-end finishes, a half-floor practice area and a break room with expansive views of Downtown Houston’s skyline. The Harvey Cleary team identified and solved material procurement issues and successfully coordinated with the building contractor and landlord as the building status changed from construction to occupied.
