North Park Audi

North Park Audi is a 14,130 SF renovation and a 4,012 SF New Make Ready Building. The existing building received a new storefront with new glass and perforated paneling. We recoated the skin entirely to receive a fresh finish coat. The interior renovation included new offices, a conference area, a breakroom, a tech restroom, a new showroom and an upgrade to the existing shop area. The new Make Ready Building was built to extend the existing shop area. The Make Ready addition includes four new service bays and two carwash stalls. The project also included sitework. We built two new steel canopies and a new car pick-up for the service department. The sitework included rework around the existing building, a new display area, LED parking lot lighting, and a new asphalt parking extension to house roughly 60 vehicles.
