One & Two Shell Plaza

One and Two Shell Plaza renovations were accomplished in multiple phases while remaining fully occupied and operational for each project’s scope. The project scope for both One and Two Shell Plaza included: stone facade and structural repair to the building skin, MEP infrastructure replacements and upgrades, ADA compliance and a complete plaza renovation.
