One Park Place is a 497,677 SF, 37-level apartment tower in Downtown Houston directly across the street from Discovery Green. This was the first high-rise residential tower built Downtown in over four decades. This project incorporates brick skin with aluminum handrails and a fiberglass mansard roof. An amenities deck with pool on the eighth level enhances the 342 units. There are seven-levels of parking under the apartment tower and retail on the first floor containing a Phoenicia Deli.
