The Pease Park Kingsbury Commons project is an award-winning 10-acre area park improvement project located at the south entrance of an 84-acre green space located directly west of Downtown Austin. The oldest park in Austin’s improvements incorporate various playground areas, including a big “treescape” sphere or “observation deck,” sports facilities, improved hike and bike trails, and the repurposing of a 1920s-era “Tudor Cottage” into a community event space.
