The Pease Park Kingsbury Commons project was a 10-acre area park improvement project located at the south entrance of an 84 acre green space located directly west of Downtown Austin. The improvements included various playground areas including a big “treescape” sphere or “observation deck”, sports facilities, improved hike & bike trails, and the repurposing of a 1920s-era “Tudor Cottage” into a community event space.
