A two phase project, the Roy Kelly Multimodal Terminal and Parking Garage serves as a cornerstone in the revitalization of Downtown Bryan, Texas. Providing over 800 parking spaces, the 360,000 SF precast parking garage stands five levels tall, and contains multiple architectural stainless steel systems. The accompanying three-level office building serves as a relocated headquarters for the Brazos County Parole Department, and has future core and shell retail space on level one. The west end of the garage contains a 4,000 square foot bus terminal that serves as a transportation hub for the region.
