The Bowie

The Bowie is a 36-story, mixed-use apartment building located in Downtown Austin. The cast-in-place concrete structure includes 4,000 SF of retail space, 200,000 SF of parking garage, 43,000 SF of core and shell office space and 520,000 SF of residential apartment units. The building skin consists of curtainwall, brick, composite panels, plaster and vertical garage fins. The high-end residential tower includes outside terraces on Level 10 and 31 and a rooftop pool on Level 36.
