The Watermark at Houston Heights is a seven-story 220-unit facility including a mix of Senior Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care residences. Totaling 350,000 SF, the building features a wide range of amenities to complement the residences, including several dining options, a Wellness Center, a Fitness Center, a Salon and other activity spaces for its residents. The building surrounds an outdoor courtyard on Level Two, which provides a heated pool, putting green and several outdoor lounge spaces. An outdoor terrace on Level Seven provides unobstructed views of Houston’s Downtown skyline along with views of the Galleria and Uptown.
