WestRidge at La Cantera

WestRidge is a master-planned office development located on La Cantera Parkway directly across from the Shops at La Cantera. WestRidge consists of four office buildings each comprising approximately 128,700 SF of office space. Harvey-Cleary completed Phase One core and shell with the tenant package housing Harland Clarke and Phase Two core and shell for USAA. The WestRidge office buildings are four-level tiltwall structures with larger than average punched openings and areas of curtainwall. The WestRidge development is built across a 40-acre site with all current scenarios receiving surface parking and multistory tiltwall office buildings to match Phases One and Two.
