Kevin Rogge

President

Kevin’s desire to build great projects was fostered by his father at a young age. His father not only taught him how to build and fix things around the house but also the importance of collaboration and problem-solving. In fact, some of Kevin’s favorite projects have been the most challenging. Kevin has worked on a variety of different projects in his 25-year career with Harvey | Harvey-Cleary, including distribution centers, manufacturing plants, laboratories, hotels, garages, and mid-rise and high-rise office buildings. Although he started his career in Houston, Kevin eventually relocated to our Washington, DC office and spent many years building our office in the National Capital Region. He has served as a co-chair of the DCBIA Community Improvement Day and is currently serving on the Washington Building Congress Board of Governors and the National Building Museum Board of Directors. 

Outside of work, Kevin is devoted to his family and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kelley, their three children, and three dogs. They love to go to the beach, play tennis and golf, and adventure in the mountains together.

What’s the best advice Kevin can give someone?

“Admit what you don’t know, take your guard down, and allow yourself to be taught. Nobody is an expert in all things, and on a jobsite, or in a meeting room, there is always someone who knows more about a topic than you do. Ask questions, listen to what others say, and if you don’t understand, ask them to clarify.”
