Carm has been a part of the construction industry in some way since his early childhood. Throughout his career with Harvey Cleary, Carm has overseen many of our large corporate interior projects. He believes there is nothing like the satisfaction of building a project from scratch and turning it over to a happy client.

Carm is passionate about developing our young professionals and is a key member of several of our internal committees, such as Recruiting and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Carm takes immense pride in recruiting the best talent and developing corporate initiatives to foster their long-term career growth within our organization.  

Carm enjoys spending time with his wife of over 17 years and their Newfoundland dog on their ranch outside of Austin. He enjoys traveling to the Caribbean, playing hockey, boating, camping, and training dogs for water rescue.  

What’s the best advice Carm can give someone?

“Work hard and do not settle for mediocrity.”
