ABB ABQ Expansion

A 94,500 SF design-build concrete tiltwall addition to the existing manufacturing facility. The expansion doubles the previous output of electric utility production, improving operational efficiency. This project includes a variety of underground cable accessories, fuses, and switchgear. This expansion includes additional F-1 space, along with an attached annex dedicated to enhancing employee amenities, incorporating lab rooms, and designing a customer experience center for visitors. To facilitate this expansion, a wall was removed from the existing building, allowing for a seamless connection to the new addition.
