Alside Expansion

A 104,220 SF addition to Alside Window Company Southwest’s existing facility. This expansion encompasses a total of 98,525 SF dedicated to production and storage areas, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the new building includes a breakroom, conference rooms, and a lobby/reception area, providing essential spaces for employee collaboration and engagement. A mezzanine has also been incorporated to serve as office space, optimizing the vertical area within the building. Additionally, a new depressed loading dock has been constructed to streamline logistics and facilitate efficient material handling.
