The Apache headquarters relocation involved the 276,064 SF renovation of 11 floors at One Briarlake Plaza, designed to foster an open and collaborative work environment. The new buildout features open ceiling concepts throughout, demountable offices and fronts, and high-end millwork, including turnkey elevator lobbies. A state-of-the-art Conference Center on level two enhances functionality, while each floor is uniquely branded with custom-themed design elements, creating a dynamic and cohesive workspace.
The project also incorporates modern amenities to enhance the employee experience, including wellness rooms, upgraded pantry areas, and integrated technology to support hybrid work arrangements. Thoughtfully designed collaboration zones and breakout spaces encourage teamwork and innovation.
Due to the outstanding success of the initial phase, Harvey Cleary was entrusted with phase two of the project, a 77,472 SF renovation to include two additional floors, one of which houses Apache’s executive team. This phase continues the high standard of craftsmanship and innovation, reinforcing Apache’s vision for a modern, functional, and inspiring workplace.
