The project is situated on a 3.45-acre site, consisting of two four-story office buildings, a future restaurant buildout on level 1 of Building A, and a six-story precast parking garage.
Brown Advisory was a tenant improvement project located on the 17th floor of the new Block 71 building at 200 W. 6th Street in Austin, TX. This project was approximately 28,000 SF and included a large amount of book matched millwork portals, cabinets and doors that were sequenced together across the entire space. This project also included specialty brass accents found throughout the entire space. This project was very fast-paced with the schedule only being 20 week in total duration. The project team encountered numerous material delay notices from subcontractors and suppliers throughout the course of the project, but were able to work through these and received substantial completion 1 day prior to the contracted date with the client.
