This Texas non-profit, 3.8-acre development project is a four-building complex consisting of administration, programs, health and wellness and a 41-unit residential building. The administration building is a three-story, 32,396 SF steel-framed retail and office space structure. The medical and wellness building is a three-story, 35,818 SF steel-framed structure. The retail building is a stone steel-framed pavilion for 544 SF of retail. The parking garage is a three-story structure that provides space for 242 vehicles. The common areas include two plaza amenities and 7,000 SF of green space.
