A 45,000 SF thorough tenant improvement remodel project, featuring selective architectural demolition and installation. It includes high-end millwork and MAARs demountable office fronts, along with upgrades to IT and Audio Visual systems. The project encompasses an Intermediate Distribution Frame room, a Main Distribution Frame room, as well as conference and focus rooms. Additionally, the scope covers the development of a 24-hour traders’suite, the installation of a backup generator, rooftop VRF systems, and improvements to the core restrooms.
