Faust Distributing Company – Warehouse Expansion

This is the second expansion project for the Faust Distributing East Houston facility, originally built by Harvey Cleary. The expansion adds 130,000 sSF of warehouse space adjacent to the existing structure, along with a new two-level office addition inside the warehouse. The new warehouse addition features 20 dock doors and incorporates a state-of-the-art Vertique Palletization system, which significantly streamlines internal logistics. Additionally, we undertook renovations of several existing areas within the warehouse, including remodeling a workout room, a conference room, and updating forklift charging stations.
