FlexSteel

FlexSteel is a pipe manufacturing facility occupying an area of 256,000 SF. The building is made of pre-engineered metal and has bays that are 85 feet tall, with hook heights of 65 feet on five 150-ton bridge cranes, four 30-ton bridge cranes, and five 10-ton bridge cranes. The MEP systems are design-build, and the project was delivered on a fast-track basis. The owner’s manufacturing equipment was delivered and installed concurrently with the construction of the building.
