Lakeview Health Woodlands Outpatient project provides tenant improvement services to 10,726 SF of existing tenant space in a single-story building. Lakeview Health provides luxury outpatient addiction treatment and recovery services by providing individual, family and group counseling. The improvement includes a staff area of 11 offices, a staff break room, a conference room, a specimen room and a back-of-house serving kitchen. The center provides day and night treatment for patients, including seven group therapy rooms, an art therapy space, a day room, a psychotherapy classroom and a library. Additionally, there is a serving room where food is catered daily, opening into a large dining room. The finishes are bright and welcoming, and numerous ceiling features are wrapped with wood wallcovering to bring nature into the center.
