Methodist Forest Park Ambulatory Surgery Center

This project is a build-out of an occupied medical office building to accommodate a new surgery center for Methodist Healthcare Systems. The project includes five ORs, a procedure room, soil and sterile processing, 17 pre- and post-op bays, and three private recovery rooms. In addition, this project includes a 1,200 SF expansion to the back of the existing building to accommodate the new mechanical and electrical rooms, the med gas storage and a doctor’s lounge.
