Montrose Library

The new Montrose Library is a design-build, two-floor buildout located in Montrose Collective. This impressive 20,000 SF space includes a variety of programmed areas such as a circulation and checkout counter, shelving and book storage, computer and research facilities, alongside MEP features and a complete interior finishout. It’s equipped with advanced technology that offers innovative tools catering to all age groups. 

The library features a dedicated floor for children and teens, boasting a large collection of books and interactive program areas. There are also various reading spaces and flexible meeting rooms available for community activities. Additionally, an outdoor terrace serves as a perfect venue for events and reading. Overall, the new library stands as a modern and innovative hub for learning within the Montrose community, suitable for everyone.
