Orion – East River

The Orion project spanned three floors across two buildings: Building C, Suite 300 at 2920 Riverby Rd, and Building F, Suites 300 and 400 at 2940 Riverby Rd. Key features of the project included a custom-welded stair connecting the two floors in Building F, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center with dedicated men’s and women’s locker rooms in Building C.

Extensive use of demountable glass throughout the space created an open, modern aesthetic. The design also incorporated a large boardroom and a flexible training room that features both motorized Skyfold and Modernfold partition walls, allowing the room to be converted into three separate spaces as needed. Additional amenities include multiple coffee bars, mini break areas, and a spacious breakroom in Building F, Suite 300, offering panoramic views of downtown Houston.
