The Sugar Land Inpatient Rehab Hospital is a two-story steel structure with brick, plaster and curtainwall façades accented by multiple architectural aluminum canopy systems. The first floor is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and dining facility, a complete physical therapy suite, two procedure rooms, a clean room, a pharmacy, and a back-of-house administrative suite. The second floor consists of 41 private patient rooms equipped with hospital-grade headwalls, two isolation rooms, and all supporting administrative staff spaces.
