The Veterans Affairs Myrtle Beach Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is a 115,000 SF project with a two-level medical outpatient clinic. The project includes a two-story atrium in the lobby, primary exam spaces, areas for specialty care and a blast-rated façade. The site includes 500 parking spaces, walking paths, and plazas for veterans to congregate.
