1900 N Street NW

This project involves demolishing existing structures to make way for the construction of a 275,000 SF trophy-class office building. The building will also feature a 100,000 SF underground parking garage. One of the unique design elements of the project is the expansive lobby, which is supported by a cantilevered truss system. The lobby has high-performance glass fiber-reinforced polymer panels, stone, leather wall panels, and bronze ornamental finishes. The building also features a unitized curtainwall, a penthouse amenity space with nanowalls for indoor/outdoor spaces, and a state-of-the-art DOAS system.
