A new 12-story medical tower at the Baylor St. Luke’s McNair Campus in the Texas Medical Center adjoining an existing hospital. The new tower features more than 360,000 SF of medical buildout including suites for diagnostics, radiation therapy, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, cancer clinic and infusion services and 40,000 SF of conference and executive office space. Imagining equipment includes 5 MRI’s, 3 Linear Accelerators, 5 CT Scanners, and 4 RAD machines. In the surgery center there are 6 operating rooms and a sterile processing center. The project also includes a connecting eight story cast in place parking garage constructed over an existing active hospital loading dock.
