Callis Road Industrial is a 35 acre site with three 100,000 square foot buildings and a single 75,000 square foot building. Site work consisted of rock cuts of up to 40’ and fills of up to 27’ to allow for balanced material onsite. The buildings were semi-heated shells with 30’ and 28’ clear heights.
